Asia's premier ground handling networking event The Asian GHI Conference brings together airlines, airports, ground handlers and aviation suppliers from across the region and beyond for three days of networking, business development and knowledge sharing.
Taking place in Hong Kong from 23-25 February 2027, the conference offers delegates a unique opportunity to connect with senior decision-makers, have targeted One-to-One Meetings and discover new business opportunities in one of aviation's most dynamic markets. More than 400 industry leaders are expected to attend, creating a highly focused environment for building relationships and generating leads.
From pre-arranged meetings and speed networking sessions to conference discussions and social events, every aspect of the event is designed to help you maximise your time away from the office and achieve measurable business results. Previous attendees reported generating or procuring contracts worth an average of US$232,400, while 85% gained at least one new business lead.

GHI’s Asian Conference is the premier networking event for ground handlers, airlines, airports and suppliers. It is open to any professionals from the ground handling industry.

There is no deadline but we recommend you sign up as early as possible. Contact the conference team to discuss your attendance to the conference.
Once you are registered you will be sent login details for the delegate personal page. Here you can request and accept meetings with other delegates, view the delegate list including contact details, sign up to conference sessions, enter your flight details and join the networking events.
More than 1,000 One-to-One Meetings will be scheduled at the Asian GHI Conference. On your personal page you are able to request and accept meetings. Once accepted, the conference team will personally schedule these for you, taking into account conference sessions and networking events you wish to attend as well as your arrival and departure flights. A full schedule is sent out 2 weeks before the conference.
