VISA & ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Our event will take place in Singapore. We welcome delegates from around the world and encourage all participants to review the following entry requirements carefully before travel. Below are the official Singapore government links you can use to apply for entry documentation (visa and arrival card).

General Entry Requirements (All Delegates)
All visitors entering Singapore must:
- Hold a passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of entry
- Have a confirmed onward or return ticket
- Be able to show proof of sufficient funds for their stay Complete the Singapore Arrival Card (SGAC) within 3 days prior to arrival
- Comply with any applicable health requirements (e.g., yellow fever vaccination if arriving from a risk country) 

Visitors from EU, UK, Australia, USA:
Must submit the SG Arrival Card before flying using the official ICA portal. https://www.ica.gov.sg/


Visitors from Middle East:
Certain countries require a visa upon arrival. Be sure to verify this using the official ICA portal. If you require a visa to enter Singapore, we recommend applying at least 4–6 weeks before travel. Our event team can issue a formal invitation letter upon request to support visa applications. Please email conferences@groundhandling.com to request a visa invitation letter. 

Important Notes for Event Participants:

- No Visa on Arrival: Singapore does not issue visas on arrival.
- If your nationality requires a visa, it must be obtained before travel.
- SG Arrival Card is mandatory for all travellers and is not a visa.
-If you plan to work, engage in paid activities, or stay longer than the short-term allowance, you may require an appropriate pass or visa.
- Immigration officers determine the final permitted length of stay upon entry
