Awarded PhD in the field of Aviation Management , "Evaluating Alternative Taxiing Solutions", he has successfully implemented TaxiBot operations at Delhi and Bangalore Airport's In India and assisted Amsterdam Schiphol Airport to perform study of TaxiBot operations. Ashwani worked at Delhi International airport as a Vice President for almost a decade and his accomplishments include the commissioning of new terminals and re-commissioning of old terminals, apart from extensive work on the Airside Aviation Services. Prior to this he worked in various capacities with Kingfisher Airlines, Jet Airways and Damania Airways, overseeing ground and flight operations. Before the airline industry , Ashwani spent time in aircraft manufacturing and maintenance functions. He has also been associated with IATA, being a steering committee member of IATA’s Aircraft Recovery Task Force.

Mr. Baljinder Pal is a seasoned aviation professional with over 25 years of experience across diverse sectors including airport operations, ground handling, cargo operations, passenger service, and management consultancy. With a distinguished career spanning Europe, the Middle East, and India, Baljinder has emerged as a visionary leader in airport ground operations for both passenger and cargo management. As the Senior Vice President & Head of Operations, Delhi, Baljinder oversees Pan India operations for Air India, India's national carrier, across AISATS’s 5 stations. Under his leadership, he has spearheaded ground handling transformations across Air India airport stations, handling over 500 aircraft movements daily. His notable achievements include successfully managing projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiencies and delivering superior passenger experiences. His contributions have garnered numerous recognitions, including the "Best Station” Award (for AISATS Delhi) at the 2023 Pride of Ground Handling Awards at the Ground Handling International (GHI) conference in Lisbon. Baljinder holds an MBA in Aviation from the prestigious National Civil Aviation University, ENAC, Toulouse, France. He has also completed several professional certification programs, including ISAGO Certification (IATA – Delhi), Air Transport System Course (ICAO & ACI), Post Diploma in Airport Ground Operations (ENAIP, Milan, Italy), Airport Executive Leadership Programme (Concordia University, Montreal, Canada & ACI - Geneva), and Managing People Performance from IATA.

Bennett Chen is a technology veteran with experience in technology consulting, aviation, travel retailing, financial services and education industries across Hong Kong, Australia, China and Singapore. His passion is introducing innovative solutions with intelligent design to help business gain competitive advantages. Neural Lab’s mission is to help industries adopt AI. Started from monitoring aircraft turnaround operation, Neural Lab is scaling up the AI adoption to other ground and cargo handling operations for the aviation, transportation and logistics industries. He was the Head of IT for Jetstar Hong Kong Airways and helped setup the new low-cost carrier from ground up. Prior that, he helped Cathay Pacific restructure their IT organisation and was IT General Manager of Qantas Airways in Sydney. Before entering the aviation industry, Bennett spent over a decade with Accenture, a management consulting firm, serving the financial services, telecommunications and utilities industries in Hong Kong, China and Australia. He founded Intria in 2012 and is now serving aviation, media and eCommerce clients across Hong Kong, Australia and Singapore to reduce IT operation cost, harvest new business values from data and improve profit margin with artificial intelligence. Bennett has a Bachelor of Electrical & Electronic Engineering (Honours) from University of Queensland, an Executive Master of Business Administration from The Australian Graduate School of Management and a Master of Corporate Governance from Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

As Head Operations - PAN India, Bobban is currently overseeing the Ground Handling Operations of all 5 AISATS stations (Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Mangalore & Trivandrum). A Postgraduate in International Business, Bobban started his career in the field of aviation with Jet Airways Cargo in 2003. Later, for a long span of 10 years, he was with Singapore Airlines Cargo and became Head Sales & Services for Karnataka, Hyderabad & Kochi. In 2015, he joined AISATS as Vice President – Cargo Projects at Bangalore and later became the COO for the comprehensive Ground & Cargo Handling Operations of AISATS. With 20+ years of professional experience, his expertise is spread across areas of Station Management, Ground & Cargo Operational Management and Business Development & Sales.

Christophe started his career in TLD in 2000 as area sales manager, covering Russia, Central Asia and India, he then moved to Dubai in 2008 and became Sales and Service director and opened the TLD MEAI office that would handle Middle East, India and English Speaking Africa. After 12 years, he moved to Singapore  in 2020 to take over  South East Asia and Oceania market.

Raymond Lo worked with Menzies Aviation for over 23 years. Currently he holds the position of Managing Director of Menzies Macau Airport Services Limited. He was also a Director of Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport Ground Handling Service Co. Ltd. He graduated with a Bachelor Degree of Business Administration, Master Degree of Applied Finance and Postgratulate Diploma in Law. He is also a fellow member of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Financial Risk Manager and a member of Hong Kong Institute of Directors.

Saravanan’s career spans more than 25 years, with at least 10 years being in senior level positions, which among others include positions at POS Aviation Sdn Bhd, POS Malaysia Berhad, Myanmar Airways International, Lion Air Group and AirAsia Group. Currently, Saravanan serves as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Pos Aviation Sdn Bhd. Saravanan, an accountant by qualification, is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountant and has completed his Masters in Economics at the National University of Singapore under the coveted ASEAN Graduate Scholarship.

Sean joined Kalmar Motor in 2013 as Technical Sales Manager. He has 30+ years of experience in the ground support industry, which includes knowledge of the design, manufacture, operation, sales and after-sales of aircraft and cargo handling tractors.

Soren is a long-term member of the Aviation community, specialised in Resource Management and optimisation of business processes. With a background in IT and Management consultancy, he has worked with Airlines and Ground Handlers around the world to optimise and streamline their operation. Soren is a keen golfer.

Thomas has been based in Singapore for the past ten years, after gaining several years of experience in Europe, Africa and in Asia. He is now the Managing Director of JBT Aerotech for the Ground Support Equipment and Airport Infrastructures division. Thomas is responsible for all commercial affairs in the region, from India to the Pacific area to south-east Asia, including Hong Kong, Japan and South Korea.

Valentin studied Civil Engineering at L'Ecole des Mines de Paris, majoring in the subject of Production and Supply Chain. He started his career as a management consultant at Oliver Wynman, covering projects both in France and South America. After gaining experience in the automotive industry, Valentin joined United Technology as Head of Operations for the EMEA region; this was followed by commercial responsibility for the oil and gas business. He subsequently joined TLD EMEAI (Europe, Middle East, Africa & India), as Regional CEO, in 2011. In 2017, Valentin had been promoted TLD Group COO and in 2019 TLD Group CEO.
