Mr. Baljinder Pal is a seasoned aviation professional with over 25 years of experience across diverse sectors including airport operations, ground handling, cargo operations, passenger service, and management consultancy. With a distinguished career spanning Europe, the Middle East, and India, Baljinder has emerged as a visionary leader in airport ground operations for both passenger and cargo management. As the Senior Vice President & Head of Operations, Delhi, Baljinder oversees Pan India operations for Air India, India's national carrier, across AISATS’s 5 stations. Under his leadership, he has spearheaded ground handling transformations across Air India airport stations, handling over 500 aircraft movements daily. His notable achievements include successfully managing projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiencies and delivering superior passenger experiences. His contributions have garnered numerous recognitions, including the "Best Station” Award (for AISATS Delhi) at the 2023 Pride of Ground Handling Awards at the Ground Handling International (GHI) conference in Lisbon. Baljinder holds an MBA in Aviation from the prestigious National Civil Aviation University, ENAC, Toulouse, France. He has also completed several professional certification programs, including ISAGO Certification (IATA – Delhi), Air Transport System Course (ICAO & ACI), Post Diploma in Airport Ground Operations (ENAIP, Milan, Italy), Airport Executive Leadership Programme (Concordia University, Montreal, Canada & ACI - Geneva), and Managing People Performance from IATA.

Raymond Lo worked with Menzies Aviation for over 23 years. Currently he holds the position of Managing Director of Menzies Macau Airport Services Limited. He was also a Director of Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport Ground Handling Service Co. Ltd. He graduated with a Bachelor Degree of Business Administration, Master Degree of Applied Finance and Postgratulate Diploma in Law. He is also a fellow member of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Financial Risk Manager and a member of Hong Kong Institute of Directors.

Saravanan’s career spans more than 25 years, with at least 10 years being in senior level positions, which among others include positions at POS Aviation Sdn Bhd, POS Malaysia Berhad, Myanmar Airways International, Lion Air Group and AirAsia Group. Currently, Saravanan serves as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Pos Aviation Sdn Bhd. Saravanan, an accountant by qualification, is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountant and has completed his Masters in Economics at the National University of Singapore under the coveted ASEAN Graduate Scholarship.

Steve is an experienced and widely acknowledged aviation professional noted for his work in operational and financial efficiency. His extensive knowledge and understanding of airport operations and ground handling matters span 20 years, having held management positions with low cost carriers including Go Fly, Ryanair and Sterling Airlines, as well as full service carriers Qatar Airways and Brussels Airlines. Steve also spent several years working for Copenhagen airport, which gave him an alternative operational perspective of facilities. Most recently Steve has been extending his assistance to airlines and airports on a consultancy basis through Global Travel Matters, a company he established three years ago. During Steve's unique and varied history he has driven many operational improvements, through process engineering and change management. These programmes have included vital levers such as insourcing and outsourcing of ground handling activities, cost reduction strategies, resource optimisation, performance development and digital and self-service deployment projects.

Valentin studied Civil Engineering at L'Ecole des Mines de Paris, majoring in the subject of Production and Supply Chain. He started his career as a management consultant at Oliver Wynman, covering projects both in France and South America. After gaining experience in the automotive industry, Valentin joined United Technology as Head of Operations for the EMEA region; this was followed by commercial responsibility for the oil and gas business. He subsequently joined TLD EMEAI (Europe, Middle East, Africa & India), as Regional CEO, in 2011. In 2017, Valentin had been promoted TLD Group COO and in 2019 TLD Group CEO.

Rajan is passionate about meeting customers expectations and combines seriously in depth development know how with a full understanding of the airport ground services environment and the need for a 100% reliable service that can ensure headcounts are reduced, costs are also reduced and that all services are carried out by a duly certificated member of the ground handling team. Rajan has led the development of CBM (Contract and Billing Management) as well as for example ATM (Turnaround Management), Learning and development Management and PRM management. Rajan leads a team of developers with aviation backgrounds and has a personal relationship with all his customers around the world. Rajan’s team enjoys providing solutions to the challenges of the industry in the areas of digital automation and system integrations.
